Do I need coding experience to use Tango.ad?
- No. Most features can be configured through the visual editor without writing code. See Key Concepts to learn how Tango.ad works.
Account & Workspace
Can I manage multiple websites?
- Yes. You can add and manage multiple domains within your workspace. See Create and Manage Workspaces and Manage Domains for more information.
How do I install Tango.ad on my website?
- Install the Tango.ad tracking script on your website. Follow the step-by-step instructions in Install the Tracking Script.
Campaigns
How do I create a campaign?
- Go to Campaigns and click Create Campaign. You can create a campaign manually or use the AI Campaign Builder.

Can I preview my campaign before publishing?
- Yes. Use the preview option in the editor to review your campaign before making it live. For more information, see Campaign Details.
Coupons
How do I assign coupons to visitors?
- Create a coupon pool, upload your coupon codes, and assign the pool to a campaign. See Assign Coupons for step-by-step instructions.
What happens when my coupon pool runs low?
- If email notifications are configured, Tango.ad can notify the selected recipient when coupon stock is running low or has been depleted. Learn more in Coupon Notifications.
Billing
What are Tango tokens?
- Tango tokens are used when creating or editing AI-generated campaigns. See Tango Tokens for more information.
Where can I view my subscription?
- Open Billing to view your current subscription, token balance, API usage, and available add-ons. See Billing Overview for more details.

Troubleshooting
My campaign is not appearing on my website.
Check that:
- The tracking script is installed correctly. See Install the Tracking Script.
- The campaign is enabled.
- Campaign conditions and targeting rules are met.
- The correct domain is selected. See Manage Domains.

Changes are not visible after editing a campaign.
- Try saving the campaign again, clear your browser cache, and refresh the page. If the issue persists, see Troubleshooting or contact support.
