Samba.ai Integration

The Samba.ai Integration connects your Tango.ad workspace with the Samba.ai platform, enabling AI-powered personalization and marketing automation. Once connected, Tango.ad can exchange data with your Samba.ai project to support customer insights, personalization, and AI-driven campaigns.
To activate the integration, provide your Samba.ai credentials and save the configuration.

Configuration Fields
API Key
The API Key authenticates Tango.ad with your Samba.ai account.
If an API key has already been configured, the field displays Saved instead of revealing the actual key for security reasons.
Click Replace to enter a new API key.
Required
An API Key is required before the integration can be enabled.
Project ID
Enter the Project ID associated with your Samba.ai project.
The Project ID identifies which Samba.ai workspace Tango.ad should connect to.

This field is mandatory.
Enable or Disable the Integration
Use the toggle in the upper-right corner of the integration card to enable or disable the Samba.ai connection.
When enabled:
- Tango.ad connects to your Samba.ai project.
- AI-powered personalization features become available.
- Supported data can be synchronized between both platforms.
When disabled:
- Synchronization is paused.
- Saved configuration remains available for future use.

Save Settings
After entering or updating your credentials:
- Verify the API Key and Project ID.
- Click Save Settings.
- Tango.ad will validate and save the connection.
Best Practices
- Keep your API Key confidential and do not share it publicly.
- Confirm that the Project ID matches the intended Samba.ai workspace.
- Test the integration after saving your settings to ensure the connection is successful.
- Replace the API Key immediately if you believe it has been compromised.
- Disable the integration when it is no longer needed to prevent unnecessary synchronization.
