Campaigns Overview

The Campaigns page is where you create, manage, and monitor all of your campaigns in Tango.ad. From this page, you can build new popups, banners, and personalized content, view campaign performance, enable or disable campaigns, and manage A/B tests.

This page serves as the central hub for all marketing campaigns within your selected workspace.

The Campaigns page provides quick access to all your campaigns and their performance.

The page includes:

  • New Campaign button
  • Search bar
  • Campaign filters

Create a New Campaign

To create a campaign:

  1. Click New Campaign in the upper-right corner.
  2. Choose a template or start from scratch.
  3. Customize your campaign using the editor.
  4. Save and publish your campaign.

Search Campaigns

Use the Search campaigns field to quickly locate a campaign.

To search:

  1. Click inside the search box.
  2. Enter the campaign title or keyword.
  3. Matching campaigns will appear automatically.

This feature is useful when managing multiple campaigns.

Campaign Status

Each campaign displays its current status.

Common statuses include:

Status Description
Active The campaign is currently live and visible to visitors.
Stopped The campaign is disabled and will not be displayed.
Preview The campaign is available for testing but is not live.

Use the toggle switch to activate or deactivate a campaign.


Campaign Performance Metrics

Each campaign displays key performance indicators that help you measure success.

Metric Description
Reach Number of visitors who viewed the campaign.
Conversions Number of successful conversions.
Rate Conversion rate of the campaign.
Emails Number of email addresses collected.
Revenue Revenue attributed to the campaign (if available).

These metrics help you compare campaign performance at a glance.

A/B Testing

Each campaign includes an Add A/B Test option.

A/B testing allows you to create multiple variations of a campaign and compare their performance to determine which version delivers better results.

The Actions menu for a campaign includes the following options:

  • Detail – View the campaign details.
  • Design – Open and edit the campaign design.
  • Workflow – Configure the campaign workflow, including events, actions, and conditions.
  • Rename – Change the campaign name.
  • Copy – Create a duplicate of the campaign.
  • Change domain – Move the campaign to a different domain.
  • Copy to another account – Copy the campaign to another account.
  • Delete – Permanently delete the campaign.

Yes. You can run multiple campaigns simultaneously, depending on your targeting rules and campaign settings.

What does Preview status mean?

A campaign in Preview mode can be tested before it is published. Visitors will not see it unless preview mode is used.

Can I duplicate an existing campaign?

Yes. Depending on your account permissions, you can duplicate campaigns to reuse layouts, content, or settings.
