Shoptet

The Shoptet integration connects your Tango.ad workspace with your Shoptet store. After connecting, Tango.ad can generate single-use discount codes for your Shoptet store.

Connect Your Shoptet Store

To connect Shoptet, you need to generate a Private API Token in your Shoptet administration and enter it in Tango.ad.

Step 1: Open the Shoptet Integration

  1. Open Integration Hub in your Tango.ad workspace.
  2. Under Your e-shop platform, select Shoptet.
  3. The Connect your Shoptet store section opens.

Step 2: Generate a Private API Token

The Shoptet connection requires a Private API Token with permission to manage discount coupons.

  1. Log in to your Shoptet administration.
  2. Go to Connections → Private API.
  3. Create a new Private API token.
  4. Make sure the token has the required rights to discount coupons.
  5. Copy the generated token.

Step 3: Add the Token to Tango.ad

  1. Return to the Shoptet integration in Tango.ad.
  2. Paste the token into the Private API Token field.
  3. Optionally, enter a Coupon Template ID.
  4. Optionally, enter your Currency, such as CZK .
  5. Click Connect.

Integration Settings

The Shoptet connection includes the following fields:

Private API Token

Enter the token generated in your Shoptet administration under Connections → Private API.

This field is required to connect your Shoptet store.

Coupon Template ID

Enter a Shoptet Coupon Template ID if you want Tango.ad to use a specific coupon template when generating discount codes.

This field is optional.

Currency

Enter the currency used by your Shoptet store, for example:

CZK

This field is optional.

Connect the Integration

After entering the required information:

  1. Review the Private API Token.
  2. Check the optional Coupon Template ID and Currency fields if you use them.
  3. Click Connect.
  4. Tango.ad will connect to your Shoptet store using the provided API credentials.

Once successfully connected, the Shoptet integration will show as connected in the Integration Hub.

Single-Use Discount Codes

The Shoptet integration allows Tango.ad to mint single-use discount codes for your Shoptet store.

These codes can be used in campaigns to give visitors individual discounts that can be redeemed in your store.

Troubleshooting

If the connection does not work:

  • Make sure the Private API Token was copied correctly.
  • Check that the token has permission to manage discount coupons.
  • Confirm that your Shoptet account supports Private API.
  • If you entered a Coupon Template ID, verify that it is correct.
  • Check that the currency matches your Shoptet store configuration.
  • Generate a new Private API Token if the existing token is invalid or expired.
