Leadhub

The Leadhub integration connects your Tango.ad workspace with Leadhub, an email and SMS marketing platform that supports interest lists.
Once connected, you can use Leadhub with Tango.ad to synchronize visitor information and assign contacts to interest lists.
Connect Leadhub
To connect Leadhub, you need an API Token from your Leadhub account and, if you want to use a default interest list, the corresponding Interest List Code.
- Open Integration Hub in your Tango.ad workspace.
- Find Leadhub under Marketing & E-mail Tools.
- Expand the Leadhub integration.
- Enter your Leadhub API Token.
- If needed, enter the Default Interest List Code.
- Click Save Settings.
Note: The exact location in Leadhub where the API Token and Interest List Code are obtained, as well as the required API Token permissions, should be verified against the current Leadhub documentation before publication. The available Tango.ad documentation does not provide these details.
Get Your Leadhub Credentials
Before configuring the integration, obtain the required values from your Leadhub account.
API Token
The API Token is required to connect Leadhub with Tango.ad.
Obtain an active API Token from your Leadhub account and make sure it has the permissions required for the Tango.ad integration.
Verification needed: The exact Leadhub menu path for creating or copying an API Token and the required permissions are not specified in the available documentation.
Default Interest List Code
If you want Tango.ad to use a specific interest list by default, obtain the code for that interest list from Leadhub.
Verification needed: The exact location in Leadhub where the Interest List Code can be found is not specified in the available documentation.

Test the Integration
After saving the settings, verify that the integration works correctly.
- Make sure the Leadhub integration is enabled and the API Token is valid.
- If you entered a Default Interest List Code, verify that it matches an existing interest list in Leadhub.
- Trigger a test action in Tango.ad that uses the Leadhub integration.
- Check Leadhub to confirm that the expected visitor/contact information is received or assigned to the configured interest list.
Note: The available Tango.ad documentation does not specify a dedicated Test Connection button or a specific test action. Verify the exact testing procedure before publication.
Connection Status
After saving the settings, check the Leadhub integration in the Integration Hub to confirm that the configuration has been saved.
If you need to update the connection, expand the Leadhub integration and enter a new API Token or update the Default Interest List Code.
Troubleshooting
If the Leadhub integration does not work as expected:
- Make sure the API Token is entered correctly.
- Check that the API Token is valid and active in Leadhub.
- Verify that the API Token has the permissions required by the integration.
- If you use a default interest list, verify that the Interest List Code is correct.
- Make sure the interest list exists and is available for the connected Leadhub account.
- Save the settings again after making changes.
- Repeat the integration test after updating the configuration.
