Manage Domains

The Manage Domains section allows you to add, organize, and manage the domains associated with your Tango.ad workspace. Each domain has its own tracking script, enabling Tango.ad to collect visitor data and display campaigns on your website.

If you manage multiple websites within a workspace, you can create separate domain entries for each one.

Accessing Domain Management

To open the Manage Domains window:

  1. Open your desired Workspace.
  2. Navigate to Campaigns.
  3. Click Manage Domains.
  4. The Domains dialog will open, displaying all domains associated with the current workspace.

Understanding the Domains List

The Domains window displays all domains configured for your workspace.

Each domain entry includes:

  • Domain Name – The name used to identify the domain.
  • Website or Platform – A short description or platform name (for example, Shopify or Wix).
  • Expand Arrow (▼) – Opens additional settings for the selected domain.
  • Delete Icon – Removes the domain from the workspace (if permitted).

For example, the list may contain domains such as:

To view additional information about a domain:

  1. Click the Expand Arrow (▼) next to the domain.

    The domain settings will expand.

    Depending on your configuration, you may see:

    • Tracking Script
    • Domain settings
    • Additional configuration options

Create a New Domain

To add another website to your workspace:

  1. Scroll to the bottom of the Domains window.
  2. Click Create new domain.
  3. Enter the required information.
  4. Save the new domain.

Once created, the new domain will appear in the list and can be configured independently.

Delete a Domain

If a domain is no longer needed:

  1. Locate the domain in the list.
  2. Click the Delete (🗑️) icon.
  3. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Note: Deleting a domain removes its configuration from the workspace. Make sure it is no longer being used before deleting it.

Tracking Script

Each domain has its own unique tracking script.

After creating a domain:

  1. Expand the domain.
  2. Copy the tracking script.
  3. Install it on your website following the Tracking Script Installation guide.
  4. Publish the changes on your website.

The tracking script enables Tango.ad to:

  • Identify visitors.
  • Display campaigns.
  • Collect analytics.
  • Trigger workflows.
  • Power AI-driven personalization.

To keep your domains organized:

  • Create one domain entry for each website.
  • Use clear and descriptive domain names.
  • Verify the tracking script is installed correctly before publishing campaigns.
  • Remove unused domains to keep your workspace organized.
