Manage Domains

The Manage Domains section allows you to add, organize, and manage the domains associated with your Tango.ad workspace. The tracking script is associated with your Tango.ad workspace and enables Tango.ad to collect visitor data and display campaigns on your website.

If you manage multiple websites within a workspace, you can create separate domain entries for each one.

Accessing Domain Management

To open the Manage Domains window:

Open your desired Workspace.
Navigate to Campaigns.
Click Manage Domains.
The Domains dialog will open, displaying all domains associated with the current workspace.

Understanding the Domains List

The Domains window displays the domains configured for your workspace.

Each domain entry includes:

Domain Name – The name used to identify the website.
Website or Platform – A short description or platform name, such as Shopify or Wix.
Expand Arrow (▼) – Opens additional settings for the selected domain.
Delete Icon – Removes the domain from the workspace, if permitted.

For example, the list may contain domains such as:

www.example.com

View Domain Details

To view additional information about a domain:

Click the Expand Arrow (▼) next to the domain.
The domain settings will expand.
Review the available domain information and configuration options.

Note: The tracking script is managed at the workspace level. To find and install the tracking script for your workspace, follow the Install the Tracking Script guide.

Create a New Domain

To add another website to your workspace:

Scroll to the bottom of the Domains window.
Click Create new domain.
Enter the required information.
Save the new domain.

Once created, the new domain will appear in the list and can be managed within the workspace.

Delete a Domain

If a domain is no longer needed:

Locate the domain in the list.
Click the Delete (🗑️) icon.
Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Note: Deleting a domain removes its configuration from the workspace. Make sure the domain is no longer being used before deleting it.

Tracking Script

The tracking script is associated with your Tango.ad workspace and is used on the website connected to that workspace.

To find and install the tracking script:

Open your Workspace.
Go to the Overview page.
Locate Install tracking snippet.
Copy the tracking script provided for your workspace.
Install it on your website following the Install the Tracking Script guide.
Publish the changes on your website.

The tracking script enables Tango.ad to:

Identify visitors.
Display campaigns.
Collect analytics.
Trigger workflows.
Power AI-driven personalization.

Best Practices

To keep your domains organized:

Create a domain entry for each website you manage in the workspace.
Use clear and descriptive domain names.
Make sure the correct domain is associated with the appropriate website.
Install the workspace tracking script on the website connected to the workspace.
Remove unused domains to keep your workspace organized.
Test the tracking script after installation to ensure visitor data is being collected.

Does each domain have its own tracking script?
