Campaign Details

The Campaign Details page contains the basic information and settings for your campaign. This is where you define the campaign name, associated domain, status, and other general information before designing and publishing your campaign.
Keeping your campaign details accurate makes it easier to organize, identify, and manage your campaigns.
Accessing Campaign Details
To open the Campaign Details page:
- Go to Campaigns.
- Select an existing campaign, or create a new one.
- The Campaign Details section will open automatically or can be accessed from the campaign settings.
Campaigns Dashboard
The Campaigns page allows you to manage your popups, banners, and personalized content. From this page, you can view campaign performance, filter campaigns, and access campaign actions.
The campaign list includes the following information:
- Preview – Displays a preview of the campaign when available.
- Status – Shows whether the campaign is currently active or stopped. You can use the toggle to change the campaign status.
- Title – Displays the campaign name and ID. You can also add an A/B test to the campaign.
- Reach – Shows the number of visitors reached by the campaign.
- Conversions – Shows the number of conversions generated.
- Rate – Displays the campaign conversion rate.
- Emails – Shows the number of emails collected through the campaign.
- Revenue – Displays the revenue attributed to the campaign.
- Actions – Provides additional options for managing the campaign.
You can also use the available filters to search and organize campaigns by campaign type, date range, domain, and sort order.
Campaign Name
The Campaign Name helps identify your campaign in the Campaigns list.
Choose a descriptive name that reflects the campaign's purpose.

- Summer Sale Popup
- Welcome Offer
- Exit Intent Discount
- Newsletter Signup
- Product Recommendation
Using clear names makes campaigns easier to find later.
Domain
The Domain specifies where the campaign will be displayed.
To change the domain:
- Open the Domain dropdown.
- Select one of your configured domains.
- Save your changes.
A campaign can only appear on its assigned domain.
Campaign Status
Each campaign has a status that determines whether it is visible to visitors.
Common statuses include:

| Active | The campaign is live and visible to visitors. |
| Stopped | The campaign is disabled and will not be displayed. |
You can change the status after reviewing your campaign.
Campaign Description
Some campaign types allow you to add a description.
Use this field to record:
- Campaign objectives
- Target audience
- Promotional details
- Internal notes for your team
Descriptions help team members understand the purpose of a campaign.
Save Your Changes
After updating your campaign details:
- Review all information.
- Click Save.
- Continue editing the campaign or proceed to the Campaign Editor.
Saving regularly helps prevent accidental data loss.
Best Practices
For well-organized campaigns:
- Use descriptive campaign names.
- Assign the correct domain before publishing.
- Keep campaign descriptions up to date.
- Remove outdated draft campaigns when they are no longer needed.
- Review campaign details before activating the campaign.
Tips
- Use consistent naming conventions across all campaigns.
- Include the campaign purpose or promotion in the campaign name.
- Double-check the selected domain to avoid publishing to the wrong website.
