Analytics Overview

The Analytics section provides reports that help you measure the performance of your campaigns across your workspace. Use these reports to monitor visitor behavior, campaign effectiveness, conversions, and business impact.
Analytics gives you insights into how visitors interact with your website, helping you optimize campaigns and improve marketing performance.
Access Analytics
To open Analytics:
- In the left navigation menu, select Analytics.
- Browse the available reports.
- Click View from the Action menu to open a report.
Analytics Dashboard
The Analytics page contains several sections.
Search Reports
Use the Search reports field to quickly find a report by name.
This is useful if your workspace contains many custom reports.
Reports List
The reports table displays:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Report Name | The name of the analytics report. |
| Description | A brief explanation of what the report measures. |
| Last Updated | Shows when the report was last refreshed. |
| Action | Opens the selected report. |
Available Reports
Depending on your workspace configuration, you may see reports such as:
Revenue Uplift
Measures the impact of Tango.ad campaigns by comparing revenue generated by campaign-exposed visitors with the control group.

Billing
Displays tracked events used for usage calculations and billing.
This report helps you understand how tracked events contribute to your subscription usage.

Cart Analysis
Provides insights into abandoned shopping carts and lost revenue opportunities.
Typical metrics include:
- Abandoned carts
- Lost revenue
- Product categories left in carts
- Cart recovery performance

Create a New Report
If your account supports custom reports:
- Click Create new report.
- Configure the report settings.
- Choose the desired metrics and filters.
- Save the report.
The new report will appear in the Analytics list.

Viewing a Report
To open a report:
- Locate the desired report.
- Click the ⋮ (More) menu in the Action column.
- Select View.
The report dashboard opens, where you can explore charts, metrics, filters, and performance data.
Analytics Best Practices
- Review analytics regularly to monitor campaign performance.
- Compare reports over different date ranges to identify trends.
- Monitor cart abandonment and conversion reports to identify optimization opportunities.
- Use Revenue Uplift to evaluate the business impact of your campaigns.
- Use AI Dashboards: Attribution Settings to configure how revenue and abandoned carts are attributed to campaigns.
