Working with Content Blocks

Content blocks are the building blocks of your campaign design. Use them to add images, text, buttons, forms, and other elements to the canvas.

To learn how the Design Editor is organized, see Design Editor Overview.

Add a Content Block

To add a content block to your campaign:

  1. Open the Design Editor.
  2. In the Content panel, find the block you want to use.
  3. Drag the block from the Content panel onto the canvas.
  4. Drop it in the desired location.
  5. Select the block on the canvas to configure its settings.

You can add multiple blocks and arrange them to create your desired campaign layout.

For more information about organizing content, see Managing Rows and Layout.

Arrange Content Blocks

After adding blocks to the canvas, you can adjust their position and layout to create the desired design.

You can:

  • Move blocks to different positions on the canvas.
  • Add multiple blocks to the same row.
  • Use Spacer blocks to create additional space between elements.
  • Select a block to access its available settings.
  • Adjust the styling and layout of individual blocks.

For more information about organizing blocks and columns, see Managing Rows and Layout.

You can also customize the visual appearance of individual elements using Background and Visual Styling and Typography and Text Styling.

Configure Content Block Actions

Some content blocks can be interactive. For example, a button or image can send visitors to a URL, display a sticker, change the campaign step, or end the campaign.

To configure these behaviors, see Configuring Element Actions.

If your campaign contains multiple steps, you can also learn how to organize them in Configuring Campaign Steps.

Remove a Content Block

To remove a block:

  1. Select the block on the canvas.
  2. Use the available delete/remove option.
  3. The block is removed from the campaign layout.

Example Layout

A promotional popup can be created by combining several content blocks:

  1. Image — display the promoted product.
  2. Text — add a headline and short description.
  3. Coupon Code — display the discount code.
  4. Button — add a call to action.
  5. Close Button — allow visitors to close the popup.

For more information about creating and configuring the popup itself, see Popup Design Settings.

If you want to create a multi-step campaign using these elements, see Configuring Campaign Steps and Working with Stickers.

Tip: Keep your campaign layout simple and focused. Use headings, images, and call-to-action buttons to guide visitors toward the desired action.
