Image Content Properties

The Image content block allows you to add images to your campaign and control how they are displayed. You can upload an image, adjust its size and position, configure its behavior, and customize its appearance.
To learn more about adding and managing content blocks, see Working with Content Blocks.
To open the image settings, select an Image block on the canvas.
Visibility
Use the Visibility settings to control where the image is displayed.
- Desktop — displays the image on desktop devices.
- Mobile — displays the image on mobile devices.
You can enable or disable each option independently.
Tip: Check your image on both desktop and mobile to make sure it displays correctly on different screen sizes.
For more information about arranging and adapting elements for different layouts, see Managing Rows and Layout.
Upload an Image
To add an image:
- Select the Image block.
- In the Image section, click Click to upload.
- Select an image from your device.
- Upload the file.
The editor supports PNG, JPG, and GIF files up to 5 MB.
Once uploaded, the image is displayed in the selected Image block.
For an overview of the available content blocks and how to add them, see Working with Content Blocks.
Image Library
Uploaded images can be accessed from the Image Library.
Use the library to reuse images that have already been uploaded to the editor instead of uploading the same file again.
For more information about working with components in the Design Editor, see Working with Components.
Size & Position
The Size & Position settings control how the image is displayed within its container.
Zoom
Use Zoom to increase or decrease the displayed size of the image.
Horizontal Position
Use Horizontal position to move the image from left to right within its container.
Vertical Position
Use Vertical position to move the image up or down within its container.
Adjust to Content

Tip: Check the image on both desktop and mobile after adjusting its size and position. An image that looks correct on desktop may require different positioning on smaller screens.
For more information about controlling the size and placement of elements, see Managing Rows and Layout.
Image Actions
The Actions setting determines what happens when a visitor interacts with the image.
Available actions include options such as:
- Do Nothing — the image does not trigger another action.
- Go to URL — sends the visitor to a specified webpage.
- Go to URL and show this step's sticker — sends the visitor to a webpage while keeping the campaign step accessible through its sticker.
- Show this step's sticker — hides the popup and displays the step's sticker.
- Reopen this step from sticker — reopens the campaign step from its sticker.
- Change step — moves the visitor to another campaign step.
- End this campaign — ends the campaign.
Choose an action when you want the image itself to function as an interactive element.
For more information about configuring actions for campaign elements, see Configuring Element Actions.
If your campaign uses stickers, see Working with Stickers to learn how stickers can keep a campaign accessible after the popup is hidden.

Use the Background setting to add a background color to the image element.

This can be useful when the image does not fill the entire content area or when you want to create a visual frame around it.

Use this option when you need to make advanced changes to the element's HTML.
For general information about working with content blocks, see Working with Content Blocks.
Products
The Products section allows you to associate products with the image element.
You can tag products that the image promotes so they can be attributed to the campaign.
Use + Add to add a product or product category.

For more information, see Tagging Products.
