Analytics: Cart_analysis

The Cart Analysis report helps you understand shopping cart activity, abandoned carts, and lost revenue opportunities. It provides detailed insights into customer behavior during the checkout process, allowing you to identify products, categories, and brands with the highest abandonment rates.

Access the Cart Analysis Report
To open the Cart Analysis report:
- In the left navigation menu, click Analytics.
- Locate Cart Analysis in the reports list.
- Click the ⋮ (More) menu.
- Select View.
The Cart Analysis dashboard will open.

Dashboard Overview
The dashboard contains several widgets that summarize shopping cart performance and abandonment trends.
Visitors with Open Carts
Displays the total number of visitors who currently have items in their shopping cart but have not completed their purchase.
This metric helps identify potential customers who may still convert.
Revenue Left in Cart
Shows the estimated value of products remaining in abandoned shopping carts.
Use this metric to:
- Estimate potential lost revenue.
- Measure the impact of cart abandonment.
- Prioritize cart recovery campaigns.

This report helps you identify which categories may require:
- Better promotions.
- Improved product pages.
- Checkout optimization.
- Targeted recovery campaigns.

Most Abandoned Products
Displays the products most frequently left in shopping carts.
Use this report to:
- Identify products with high abandonment rates.
