Analytics: Billing

The Billing report provides an overview of tracked events and conversions used for billing and usage monitoring. It helps you understand how many events your workspace has processed, track conversion activity, and monitor lead acquisition over time.
This report is useful for reviewing platform usage and ensuring your campaigns are generating the expected interactions.

Access the Billing Report
To open the Billing report:
- In the left navigation menu, click Analytics.
- Locate Billing in the reports list.
- Click the ⋮ (More) menu.
- Select View.
The Billing dashboard opens and displays several widgets with event and conversion statistics.

Dashboard Overview
The Billing dashboard contains multiple widgets that summarize tracked activity.
Total Events
The Total Events widget displays the total number of tracked events recorded during the selected reporting period.
Use this metric to:
- Monitor overall platform usage.
- Review event volume over time.
- Verify that tracking is working correctly.

Events by Day
The Events by Day chart shows the number of tracked events for each day within the selected date range.
This chart helps you:
- Identify daily activity trends.
- Detect unexpected increases or decreases in tracked events.
- Compare event activity across different periods.
Billing Events by Type
The Billing Events by Type widget groups tracked events by their event type.
This report helps you understand which types of events contribute most to your workspace activity and billing.

Sum of All Conversions
The Sum of All Conversions widget displays the total number of recorded conversions.
Use this metric to measure the overall success of your campaigns and visitor interactions.
Conversions by Type
This widget groups conversions according to their event type.
Examples may include:
- Email sign-ups
- Coupon redemptions
- Purchases
- Other configured conversion events
This allows you to identify which conversion goals are being achieved most frequently.

Conversions by Day
The Conversions by Day chart displays how conversions change over time.
Review this chart to:
- Monitor campaign performance.
- Identify seasonal trends.
- Compare daily conversion activity.
You can also use Cross-Campaign Analytics to evaluate performance across multiple campaigns.
Acquired New Leads (Emails)
The Acquired New Leads (Emails) widget tracks the number of email addresses collected through your campaigns.
This report helps you measure lead generation performance and evaluate the effectiveness of newsletter signup campaigns.

Billing Email List
The Billing Email List widget displays information related to collected email leads.
Depending on your workspace configuration, this widget may show the number of acquired email contacts or other email-related metrics used for reporting.
If no data is available for the selected date range, the widget displays a No results were returned for this query message.

Dashboard Options
The ⋮ (More) menu in the upper-right corner of the dashboard provides additional options for viewing, refreshing, and sharing the report.
Available options include:
- Force Refresh – Reload the widget with the latest available data.
- Enter full screen – Expand the widget to fill the screen for easier viewing.
- View query – View the underlying query used to generate the widget data.
- View as table – Display the widget data in a table format.
- Share – Access sharing options, including:
- Copy permalink to clipboard – Copy a direct link to the widget or report.
- Share chart by email – Send the chart directly to other users by email.
Best Practices
- Review the Billing report regularly to monitor workspace usage.
- Watch for unexpected changes in event volume that may indicate tracking issues.
- Compare event activity with conversion metrics to evaluate campaign performance.
- Monitor lead acquisition to measure the effectiveness of email capture campaigns.
- If widgets display No results were returned for this query, verify the selected date range or confirm that sufficient tracking data has been collected.
