Members & Customers

The Members & Customers page allows administrators to manage team members, assign roles, and control which customers each member can access.
Overview
From this page, you can:
- View members associated with your company.
- Add new team members.
- Add new customers.
- Assign roles to members.
- Assign customers to specific members.
- View which customers each member has access to.
Company
At the top of the page, the Company field shows the company currently selected.
If your account has access to multiple companies, use the dropdown to select the company you want to manage.
Members
The Members section displays the team members associated with the selected company.
The table includes:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | The member's name or account identifier. |
| The email address associated with the member. | |
| Role | The member's assigned role, such as Admin or Editor. |
| Customers | The customers assigned to the member. |
Add a Member
To add a new team member:
- Click Add Member.
- Enter the required member information.
- Select the appropriate Role.
- Assign the customers the member should have access to.
- Save the changes.
Member Roles
Each member can have a specific role that determines their level of access.
For example:
- Admin – Provides administrative access to the company and its customers.
- Editor – Provides access to edit and manage assigned customers.
Customer Assignments
The Customers column shows which customers are assigned to each member.
A member can have access to:
- All – The member can access all available customers.
- Specific customers – The member can access only the customers assigned to them.
For members with specific assignments, the page displays the number of assigned customers, such as 3 assigned.
Add a New Customer
The New Customer button in the top-right corner allows you to create a new customer.
To add a customer:
- Click New Customer.
- Enter the required customer information.
- Complete the customer setup.
- Save the customer.
Managing Existing Members
You can manage existing members directly from the members table. Depending on your permissions, you can:
- Change a member's role using the Role dropdown.
- Review their customer assignments.
- Open additional actions using the three-dot menu.
- Expand a member's row to view additional information when available.
Important
Make sure each team member has the appropriate role and customer access. Assigning All customers gives the member access to every customer within the selected company.
