Analytics

The Analytics page in Tango.ad provides users with access to cross-campaign performance reports. It helps analyze visitor behavior, campaign effectiveness, and business impact through structured reports.


Page Purpose

  • Track performance across multiple campaigns
  • Analyze user behavior and engagement trends
  • Monitor revenue opportunities and campaign impact
  • Access predefined analytical reports

Page Layout

1. Header Section

  • Title: Analytics
  • Description: “View cross-campaign reports and performance data.”
  • Create New Report Button:

    Located at the top-right, allows users to generate a custom report.


2. Information Banner

A highlighted notice explaining:

Reports track performance across all campaigns for the selected customer.

For individual campaign analytics, use the analytics icon within each campaign.


3. Search Bar

  • Allows users to quickly find reports by name
  • Useful for managing multiple reports efficiently

4. Reports Table

The main section displays a list of available reports with the following columns:

Report Name

  • Clickable report title
  • Opens detailed analytics view

Description

  • Brief explanation of what the report measures

Last Updated

  • Shows when the report was last refreshed

Action

  • Three-dot menu with options such as:
    • Open
    • Edit
    • Delete
    • Duplicate (if available)

1. Interests

  • Tracks trends in visitor interests
  • Based on browsing and interaction behavior
  • Useful for audience targeting and personalization

2. Billing

  • Tracks events used for pricing calculations
  • Helps monitor usage for billing purposes
  • Important for subscription and cost tracking

3. Cart Analysis

  • Analyzes abandoned or unfinished orders
  • Identifies lost revenue opportunities
  • Useful for optimizing checkout flows

4. Control Group

  • Measures campaign effectiveness
  • Compares users exposed to campaigns vs. those who are not
  • Helps determine true campaign impact (uplift)

  1. Navigate to Analytics
  2. Use the search bar or browse available reports
  3. Click on a report name to view details

  6. (Optional) Click Create new report for custom tracking

  • Use Control Group to validate campaign effectiveness
