Campaigns

Overview

The Campaigns page allows users to manage all created campaigns such as popups, banners, and personalized content. From this page, users can search, filter, sort, preview, activate, stop, and manage campaigns.

Page Header

Campaigns

Located at the top-left corner of the page.

Description:

Displays the main section where all campaigns are listed and managed.

Subtitle:

“Manage your popups, banners, and personalized content.”


Search Bar

Located below the page header on the left side.

Search campaigns...

Allows users to quickly find a specific campaign by entering keywords.

How to Use:

  1. Click inside the search field.
  2. Type the campaign name or keyword.
  3. The campaign list will automatically update based on the search.

Filters and Sorting Options

Located beside the search bar.

Show Filter

Default value: All campaigns

Purpose:

Filters campaigns based on their status or category.

How to Use:

  1. Click the dropdown menu.
  2. Select the preferred campaign type or status.
  3. The list updates automatically.

Date Filter

Default value: This month

Purpose:

Displays campaigns created or updated within a selected time period.

How to Use:

  1. Click the date dropdown.
  2. Select the desired timeframe.
  3. The campaign table refreshes automatically.

Domain Filter

Default value: All

Purpose:

Filters campaigns by domain or website.

How to Use:

  1. Click the domain dropdown.
  2. Select a specific domain.
  3. The displayed campaigns will update.

Sort Option

Default value: ID Descending

Purpose:

Sorts campaigns based on selected criteria.

How to Use:

  1. Click the sort dropdown.
  2. Choose the preferred sorting option.
  3. Campaigns will rearrange automatically.

New Campaign Button

Located at the top-right corner of the page.

+ New Campaign

Used to create a new campaign.

How to Use:

  1. Click the New Campaign button.
  2. Configure the campaign settings.
  3. Save and publish the campaign.

Campaign Table

The table displays all available campaigns and their details.

Table Columns

Preview

Displays a thumbnail preview of the campaign design.


Status

Shows whether the campaign is active or stopped.

Toggle Switch

  • ON = Campaign is active
  • OFF = Campaign is inactive

Status Badge

Example: stopped

Displays the current campaign state.


Title

Displays the campaign name and additional information.

Example:

  • DEF (ID: 2543)
  • Lead Generation

Additional options may appear below the title such as:

  • Add A/B Test

Reach

Shows the number of users who viewed the campaign.


Conversions

Displays the number of successful conversions generated by the campaign.


Rate

Shows the conversion rate percentage.


Emails

Displays the number of collected emails or leads.


Actions

Located on the far-right side represented by the three-dot menu.

Purpose:

Provides additional campaign management options.

Possible Actions Include:

  • Edit campaign
  • Duplicate campaign
  • Delete campaign
  • View analytics

Managing a Campaign

Activate or Stop a Campaign

  1. Locate the campaign in the table.
  2. Use the toggle switch under the Status column.
  3. The status badge updates automatically.

Add an A/B Test

  1. Locate the campaign.
  2. Click Add A/B Test below the campaign title.
  3. Configure the variation settings.
  4. Save the test.

Access More Actions

  1. Click the three-dot menu under the Actions column.
  2. Select the desired action from the dropdown menu.

Notes

  • Campaign statistics such as Reach, Conversions, Rate, and Emails may display “-” when no data is available yet.
  • Filters and sorting options help organize large numbers of campaigns efficiently.
  • Only active campaigns will run on the selected website or domain.
