Create a Coupon Pool
A Coupon Pool is a collection of coupons that can be managed, assigned, and tracked within Coupon Management.
Steps to Create a Coupon Pool
- Navigate to Coupon Management.

Click the + Create Pool button in the top-right corner of the page.
In the Create Coupon Pool dialog:
- Enter a unique and descriptive name in the Pool Name field.
- Example:
summer-sale-2025
- Click Create Pool.
Field Description

| Pool Name | The unique name used to identify the coupon pool. Choose a name that reflects the campaign, promotion, or purpose of the coupons. |

Expected Result
After successful creation:
- The new pool appears in the Coupon Pools list.
- The pool is initialized with its configured coupon inventory.
- The pool can be activated, managed, and assigned to users as needed.
Notes
- Pool names should be meaningful and easy to identify.
- Avoid creating duplicate pools for the same campaign unless required.
- Newly created pools may appear as Inactive until coupons are added or the pool is activated according to system configuration.
UI Reference
- Click + Create Pool.
- Enter the pool name.
- Click Create Pool.
This creates a new coupon pool that can later be used for coupon assignment and tracking.
