Integration Hub
The Integrations page allows you to connect third-party services to your Tango.ad workspace. These integrations help extend functionality for marketing automation, personalization, and customer communication.
Overview
From this page, you can:
- Connect external marketing platforms
- Enable or disable integrations
- Configure API credentials
- Search available integrations
- Manage connected services in one place
Search Integrations
Use the Search integrations field at the top of the page to quickly find available integrations.
This is useful when:
- Managing multiple integrations
- Looking for a specific platform
- Checking available services
Available Integrations
Each integration card includes:
- Integration name
- Category label
- Short description
- Enable/disable toggle
- Expand/collapse settings button
- Configuration fields
- Save Settings button
Samba.ai
Category: AI
Description: AI-powered marketing personalization engine
Samba.ai helps personalize customer experiences and automate marketing recommendations.

Samba.ai Configuration
After enabling Samba.ai, additional setup fields will appear.
Required Fields
API Key
Enter your Samba.ai API key.
This key is used to:
- Authenticate the connection
- Sync data securely
- Enable personalization features
Project ID
Enter your Samba.ai Project ID.
The Project ID identifies which Samba.ai project will be connected to your workspace.
Save Samba.ai Settings
To complete the setup:

Enable the Samba.ai toggle
Enter your:
- API Key
- Project ID
- Click Save Settings
Once saved successfully, the integration will become active.
Ecomail
Category: Email
Description: Email marketing and automation
Ecomail allows you to connect email campaigns and marketing automation workflows.

Ecomail Configuration
After enabling Ecomail, additional setup fields will appear.
Required Fields
API Key
Enter your Ecomail API key to authorize the integration.
This allows Tango.ad to:
- Connect to your Ecomail account
- Send marketing data
- Manage email automation workflows
Optional Fields
Default List ID (Optional)
Enter the default Ecomail list ID.
This setting can be used to:
- Automatically sync contacts to a selected list
- Simplify campaign setup
- Manage subscriber organization

Save Ecomail Settings
To complete the setup:
- Enable the Ecomail toggle
- Enter your API Key
- Optionally enter a Default List ID
- Click Save Settings
Your Ecomail integration will be activated after saving successfully.
Mailchimp
Category: Email
Status: Coming soon
Mailchimp integration will allow synchronization with email marketing and audience management tools once available.

Enable or Disable an Integration
To manage an integration:
- Go to the Integrations page

Find the integration you want to manage
Use the toggle switch on the right side:
- Enabled → Integration is active
- Disabled → Integration is inactive
- Configure additional settings if available
- Click Save Settings
Changes are applied after saving the integration settings.
Expand and Collapse Integration Settings
Click the arrow icon on the integration card to:
- Expand configuration settings
- Hide advanced settings
- Manage integration details more easily
This helps keep the integrations page organized when managing multiple services.
Integration Status
Some integrations may display:
- Active – Currently enabled and connected
- Disabled – Available but not active
- Coming soon – Integration is planned but not yet available
