The AI Dashboards section in your Tango.ad workspace is designed to configure AI-powered analytics, personalization, and customer intelligence. It provides centralized control over how customer data is interpreted, scored, and used in campaigns.
Overview
The AI Dashboards page allows you to:
- Map customer attributes to AI-friendly traits
- Configure scoring logic for personalization
- Fine-tune AI behavior and funnel weighting
- Connect external data sources (like a datalake)
These settings directly influence how campaigns target and personalize user experiences.
Modules
1. Traits Mapping
Purpose:
Convert raw customer data into structured, AI-readable traits for personalization.
What you can do:
- Map user attributes (e.g., location, purchase history) to defined traits
- Standardize data for consistent AI interpretation
- Enable more accurate segmentation and targeting
Typical Use Cases:
- Tag users as “High Value”, “Frequent Buyer”, etc.
- Normalize inconsistent data fields

2. Scoring Models
Purpose:
Define how users, products, or behaviors are scored to influence recommendations and targeting.
What you can configure:
- Brand boosters (prioritize certain brands)
