The AI Dashboards section in your Tango.ad workspace is designed to configure AI-powered analytics, personalization, and customer intelligence. It provides centralized control over how customer data is interpreted, scored, and used in campaigns.

Overview

The AI Dashboards page allows you to:

  • Map customer attributes to AI-friendly traits
  • Configure scoring logic for personalization
  • Fine-tune AI behavior and funnel weighting
  • Connect external data sources (like a datalake)

These settings directly influence how campaigns target and personalize user experiences.


Modules

1. Traits Mapping

Purpose:

Convert raw customer data into structured, AI-readable traits for personalization.

What you can do:

  • Map user attributes (e.g., location, purchase history) to defined traits
  • Standardize data for consistent AI interpretation
  • Enable more accurate segmentation and targeting

Typical Use Cases:

  • Tag users as “High Value”, “Frequent Buyer”, etc.
  • Normalize inconsistent data fields

Action:

Click Configure to set up or edit mappings.


2. Scoring Models

Purpose:

Define how users, products, or behaviors are scored to influence recommendations and targeting.

What you can configure:

  • Brand boosters (prioritize certain brands)
  • Category multipliers
  • Shopping intent signals
  • Metadata-based scoring rules

Typical Use Cases:

  • Boost visibility of premium products
  • Promote categories with higher margins
  • Adjust rankings based on user preferences

Action:

Click Configure to customize scoring logic.


3. Advanced AI Settings

Purpose:

Fine-tune how AI evaluates user behavior across the customer journey.

What you can configure:

  • Action scores (e.g., clicks, views, purchases)
  • Funnel stage weights (awareness → conversion)
  • Behavioral importance in predictions

Typical Use Cases:

  • Increase weight for purchase actions over page views
  • Adjust funnel importance for different campaign goals

4. Datalake Settings

Purpose:

Connect external data sources for richer insights and better AI predictions.

What you can do:

  • Integrate with a datalake (e.g., Samba Datalake)
  • Import historical customer and order data
  • Enhance AI models with deeper datasets

Typical Use Cases:

  • Use past purchase history for recommendations
  • Combine offline + online customer data
