Integration Hub Overview
The Integration Hub allows you to connect third-party services to your Tango workspace. These integrations enable seamless data flow across marketing tools, personalization engines, and customer engagement platforms.
By activating integrations, you can automate workflows, enrich customer data, and enhance campaign performance.
Interface Components
1. Search Integrations
Purpose:
Quickly locate available integrations.
Features:
- Keyword-based search
- Filters integrations by name or category
Usage:
- Enter the name of a tool (e.g., "email", "CRM", "AI")
- Results update dynamically

2. Samba AI
Type: AI / Personalization Engine
Description:
AI-powered marketing personalization engine used to deliver tailored user experiences.
Capabilities:
- Customer behavior analysis
- Real-time personalization
- Recommendation engine support
Actions:
- Toggle ON/OFF to enable or disable
- Expand panel (dropdown) for configuration options
Use Case:
Deliver personalized product recommendations based on user behavior.
3. Ecomail
Type: Email Marketing
Description:
Email marketing and automation platform.
Capabilities:
- Campaign automation
- Subscriber management
- Email performance tracking

Integration Controls
Toggle Switch
- ON: Integration is active and data is being synced
- OFF: Integration is inactive
Expand / Collapse (Dropdown)
- Access detailed configuration options
- Set credentials, mappings, and sync rules
Typical Setup Flow
- Search or locate the desired integration
- Expand the integration panel
- Enter required credentials (API keys, tokens, etc.)
- Configure data sync settings
- Toggle integration ON
- Validate connection
