Integration Hub Overview

The Integration Hub allows you to connect third-party services to your Tango workspace. These integrations enable seamless data flow across marketing tools, personalization engines, and customer engagement platforms.

By activating integrations, you can automate workflows, enrich customer data, and enhance campaign performance.

1. Search Integrations

Purpose:

Quickly locate available integrations.

Features:

  • Keyword-based search
  • Filters integrations by name or category

Usage:

  • Enter the name of a tool (e.g., "email", "CRM", "AI")
  • Results update dynamically

Available Integrations

2. Samba AI

Type: AI / Personalization Engine

Description:

AI-powered marketing personalization engine used to deliver tailored user experiences.

Capabilities:

  • Customer behavior analysis
  • Real-time personalization
  • Recommendation engine support

Actions:

  • Toggle ON/OFF to enable or disable
  • Expand panel (dropdown) for configuration options

Use Case:

Deliver personalized product recommendations based on user behavior.


3. Ecomail

Type: Email Marketing

Description:

Email marketing and automation platform.

Capabilities:

  • Campaign automation
  • Subscriber management
  • Email performance tracking

Actions:

  • Toggle ON/OFF to activate integration
  • Configure API keys and sync settings (via dropdown)

Use Case:

Send automated email campaigns triggered by user actions.


4. Mailchimp (Coming Soon)

Type: Email Marketing

Status: Not yet available

Description:

Popular email marketing and audience management platform.

Planned Capabilities:

  • Audience segmentation
  • Campaign automation
  • Analytics and reporting

Note:

This integration is currently disabled and cannot be activated.

Type: CRM / Email Marketing

Status: Not yet available

Description:

Ecommerce CRM and email marketing platform.

Planned Capabilities:

  • Customer lifecycle automation
  • Behavioral targeting
  • Revenue attribution

Integration Controls

Toggle Switch

  • ON: Integration is active and data is being synced
  • OFF: Integration is inactive

Expand / Collapse (Dropdown)

  • Access detailed configuration options
  • Set credentials, mappings, and sync rules

Typical Setup Flow

  1. Search or locate the desired integration
  2. Expand the integration panel
  3. Enter required credentials (API keys, tokens, etc.)
  4. Configure data sync settings
  5. Toggle integration ON
  6. Validate connection

Best Practices

  • Enable only necessary integrations to reduce system complexity
  • Verify credentials before activation to avoid sync failures
  • Monitor data flow after enabling integrations
  • Test integrations in staging before production use
  • Review permissions for secure data handling

Dependencies

  • Some integrations (e.g., Samba AI) may rely on:
    • Customer data from your datastore
    • AI configuration from the AI Dashboard

      Email platforms depend on:

    • Valid subscriber data
    • Event triggers from campaigns
