This dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of how customer interests behave over time, how they translate into actions (add-to-cart and purchases), and how they contribute to revenue.

1. Interest Category Momentum

Label: interest_categoryMomentum

interest_categoryMomentum

This line chart shows how different interest categories perform over time.

What this section shows:

  • Each colored line represents a specific product or content category (e.g., hygiene, office supplies, cosmetics, furniture, etc.).
  • The X-axis displays the timeline (by day or week).
  • The Y-axis reflects the interest momentum — how often users interact with or show interest in items from that category.

Why this is useful:

  • Helps you identify trending categories.
  • Shows which interests are growing, declining, or staying stable.
  • Useful for planning promotions, campaigns, and featured products.

Controls:

  • Category legend at the top lets you toggle categories on or off.

All / Inv buttons allow you to filter between:

    • All – all interest data
    • Inv – inventory-related or specific filtered data (depending on your setup)

2. Interest by Tags

Label: interest_byTags

This panel is meant to show how interests are distributed based on tags.

Current status:

In the screenshot, this section displays:

No results were returned for this query.

This means:

  • There is currently no available data, or
  • Tags are not yet configured, or
  • There has been no tracked interaction for tagged items.

Why this section matters:

Once data is available, this will:

  • Show which tags attract the most interest.
  • Help you optimize tagging strategies.
  • Improve segmentation and personalization.

3. Add to Cart vs Purchases by Interest

Label: interest_addToCartVsPurchases

This is a comparison chart that tracks user actions based on interests.

What this chart shows:

  • Blue line: Add to cart actions
  • Purple line: Completed purchases
  • Timeline view (from November to January in the screenshot)

Why this is important:

  • Lets you see the conversion gap between interest and actual purchase.

    Helps identify:

    • Products users like but don’t buy
    • Potential pricing or UX issues
    • Opportunities for remarketing campaigns

How to use this:

  • If add-to-cart is high but purchases are low → consider:
    • Sending reminders
    • Offering discounts
    • Improving product descriptions

4. Revenue by Interest

Label: interests_revenueByInterest

This section is designed to show how much revenue is generated per interest category.

Current status:

In the screenshot, it shows:

No results were returned for this query.

This could mean:

  • Revenue tracking by interest is not yet configured
  • No qualifying data exists yet
  • Filters may be too restrictive

Why this section is powerful:

When active, it helps you:

  • See which interests are most profitable
  • Prioritize high-performing categories
  • Allocate budget more effectively
